Sigitech Holdings has completed the acquisition of Luz Omori retail building with NFA of 7795sqm in Omori Tokyo via its real estate associate company in Dec 2022.

The company has also completed the divestment of both Nakano and Naruse buildings in Tokyo in April 2022 and October 2022 respectively.
