Sigitech Holdings has acquired OSJ Kinshicho Building at end Aug 2017 through its Japan real estate investment JV company OSJ Property Investments.

The OSJ Kinshicho Building is a 9-floor office building with a Net Floor Area of 4,659.78 m². It was completed in 1992.
